Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • All original tags, labels, and security seals must be intact
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Important Note: Due to security and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
  • Burglary/Fire Safes (once opened or combination set)
  • Fireproof Filing Cabinets (with activated fire protection seals)
  • Hazardous Storage Cupboards (with any signs of use)
  • First Aid Storage Cupboards (with broken hygiene seals)

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Use our template below for quick processing.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Leicester facility at your expense (see address below). For exchanges, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 3-10 business days).

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate you wish to exchange in your return request
  3. Specify the replacement item (subject to availability)
  4. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item

For urgent exchanges (especially for business customers), contact us with “Urgent Exchange” in your subject line for priority handling.
