Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote locations. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your security storage solution. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and security seals intact
- A copy of your order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to security and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Burglary/Fire Safes (once opened or combination set)
- Fireproof Filing Cabinets (with activated fire protection seals)
- Hazardous Storage Cupboards (with any signs of use)
- First Aid Storage Cupboards (with broken hygiene seals)
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Email [email protected] with your order details and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and an RMA number
- Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Leicester facility at your expense (see address below)
- Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Refund Information
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after return inspection
- Credit issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Bank processing may take additional 3-10 business days
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate you wish to exchange in your return request
- Specify the replacement item (subject to availability)
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item

Damaged or Defective Items
